Day 01 : Jammu - Katra
On arrival at Jammu Airport or Railway Station, you will be received and driven to Katra, the starting point for the sacred pilgrimage to Vaishno Devi Temple. Surrounded by the scenic Trikuta Hills, Katra welcomes thousands of devotees every year. On arrival, check in to the hotel and relax. Overnight stay at Katra.
Day 02 : Katra - Vaishnodevi
Early morning, you will be dropped at the base camp in Katra to begin the holy trek to Vaishno Devi Temple, one of the most revered pilgrimage destinations in India. The sacred cave shrine is located in the Trikuta Mountains and is visited by millions of devotees each year. At the holy cave, offer prayers and seek blessings from the three manifestations of the Mother Goddess – Maha Kali, Maha Lakshmi, and Maha Saraswati, collectively worshipped as Mata Vaishno Devi. After darshan, trek back to Katra and return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Katra.
Day 03 : Katra - Srinagar
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Srinagar, the beautiful summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, often called “Paradise on Earth.” The journey takes you through scenic mountain landscapes, valleys, and rivers. On arrival in Srinagar, check in to the hotel and relax. Overnight stay at Srinagar.
Day 04 : Srinagar –Gulmarg
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Gulmarg, a picturesque hill resort known for its lush green meadows and snow-covered mountains. Here you can enjoy the famous Gulmarg Gondola, one of the highest cable car rides in the world, offering breathtaking panoramic views. Visitors can also enjoy various snow activities depending on the season. After sightseeing, drive back to Srinagar and return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Srinagar.
Day 05 : Srinagar – Pahalgam
After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam, a beautiful valley located along the banks of the Lidder River. Enroute visit the historic Awantipora Ruins, which date back to the 9th century. On reaching Pahalgam, explore the scenic Betaab Valley, surrounded by lush greenery and mountains. Continue to Chandanwari and the breathtaking Aru Valley, known for its natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. After sightseeing, drive back to Srinagar. Overnight stay at Srinagar.
Day 06 : Srinagar – Pahalgam
After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Sonmarg, popularly known as the “Meadow of Gold,” surrounded by majestic glaciers and towering mountains. Visit the beautiful Thajiwas Glacier, where visitors can enjoy snow activities and admire the spectacular Himalayan scenery. Later return to Srinagar and enjoy a relaxing Shikara Ride on the famous Dal Lake, experiencing the charm of floating gardens and traditional Kashmiri life on the water. Check in to a traditional houseboat for a unique stay experience. Overnight stay at Srinagar houseboat.
Day 07 : Srinagar – Sonmarg – Houseboat
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing of Srinagar’s famous Mughal gardens. Visit the beautiful Shalimar Bagh, known for its terraced lawns and fountains. Continue to Nishat Bagh, also known as the “Garden of Joy,” offering stunning views of Dal Lake and the surrounding mountains. Later visit Chashme Shahi, famous for its natural spring and beautifully landscaped gardens. After sightseeing, you will be dropped at Srinagar Airport for your onward journey with wonderful memories of Kashmir.
